We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-To ensure that all IRTT transactions are compliant with local regulation and internal guidelines for Global Standards.
-To handle customer enquiries related to FPC IRTT payments and assist supervisor in handling customer complaints;
-To arrange periodically reviewing of the relevant e-DIB to adjust operation steps timely
-To serve internal/external customers courteously and sincerely with a friendly and helpful manner
-To minimize customer complaints and handling them in an effective and professional way.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Good communication/interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
-Previous Forigen Currency operations related experience is a plus
-Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency
-Meticulous to details
